G-Dragon Gifts Luxury Watches to Bodyguards and Jewelry to Dancers

On August 23, G-Dragon once again demonstrated his generosity by presenting luxury gifts to his dancers and bodyguards, drawing attention from fans and media alike.

In a video shared through his secondary account, the BIGBANG leader was seen visiting a Swiss luxury watch boutique, where he personally handed out high-end watches to his security staff. The timepieces are linked to the exclusive “Astronomia G-Dragon Watch,” released earlier this year in a limited run of just eight pieces worldwide. Each model is estimated to be worth around ₩1.6 billion KRW (approximately USD $1.2 million).

His dancers also received tokens of appreciation. In an earlier clip, performers wearing “I ♥ GD” T-shirts were gifted luxury necklaces packaged in elegant cases. The jewelry is a collaboration between G-Dragon’s own brand, PEACEMINUSONE, and a global jewelry label. Each piece is valued at roughly ₩1.65 million KRW (USD $1,200).

The gestures were praised online as “heartwarming flexes,” with fans noting that G-Dragon personally delivered the gifts himself rather than delegating the task. Many highlighted the artist’s consistent efforts to show gratitude toward those who support and protect him, both on and off stage.
